In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "cz555" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at cz555.bio and all associated sub-domains, mobile browser interfaces, and services operated thereunder.
• "Platform" means the totality of services, games, betting markets, account tools, promotional features, and payment interfaces offered by cz555.
• "Player," "You," or "User" means any individual who has registered a cz555 account or who accesses any part of the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player upon completing the cz555 registration process.
• "Balance" means the total PKR funds held within a Player's cz555 Account wallet at any given time, including both real-money and bonus funds where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by cz555 that are subject to specific wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable cash.
• "KYC" or "Know Your Customer" means the identity and age verification procedures conducted by cz555 in accordance with its licensing obligations and anti-fraud policy.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the sole transactional currency of the cz555 Platform.
• "Agreement" means these Terms & Conditions as amended from time to time, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which form an integrated legal agreement between cz555 and each Player.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for navigational convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of any provision herein.

To register a cz555 Account you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
• Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, and a valid mobile number (JazzCash or EasyPaisa-registered numbers are accepted).
• Not currently hold an active or previously suspended cz555 Account under any name or identity.
• Not be acting on behalf of any third party. cz555 Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.

cz555 reserves the absolute right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Completion of the online registration form does not guarantee Account approval. cz555 may, at any time and at its sole discretion, require a Player to complete enhanced KYC verification by submitting a government-issued national identity document (CNIC), proof of residential address, or proof of payment method ownership before permitting continued use of the Platform.

Each Player is permitted to hold one and only one cz555 Account. The existence of duplicate Accounts — whether registered under the same name, the same mobile number, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — constitutes a breach of this Agreement. cz555 will close all duplicate Accounts upon detection and may, at its discretion, forfeit all balances associated with them.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cz555 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any other person. cz555 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered mobile number to add a second layer of protection to your Account.

You agree to notify cz555 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. cz555 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised Account access where the Player has failed to maintain adequate credential security.

• Players must keep their registered personal details accurate and up to date at all times. Changes to name, address, or contact details must be reported to cz555 support promptly.
• Accounts that remain inactive (no login, deposit, or wager) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. cz555 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee of PKR 200 per month to dormant accounts, deducted from any remaining balance.
• Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting cz555 support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days, subject to any pending withdrawal or verification obligations.

All financial transactions on the cz555 Platform are denominated exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). cz555 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. cz555 does not accept international credit cards, cryptocurrency, or any other payment instrument not listed above.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200 per transaction. Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your cz555 Balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) may take up to two (2) business hours to reflect in your Balance, subject to banking processing times.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500 per request. All withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. Withdrawal requests submitted before 5:00 PM PKT on any business day are processed within the same calendar day. Requests submitted after 5:00 PM PKT will be processed the following business day. cz555 does not charge fees on standard withdrawals; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges.

• cz555 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for withdrawal requests exceeding PKR 50,000 in a single transaction or PKR 200,000 in any rolling 30-day period.
• Funds deposited via a payment method that cannot be independently verified as belonging to the Account holder may be held pending investigation.
• Attempted chargebacks, reversed transactions, or fraudulent deposit activity will result in immediate Account suspension and referral to relevant authorities.

cz555 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins on selected slot titles, cashback offers, and cricket betting specials tied to PSL matches and international fixtures. All such promotions are offered at the absolute discretion of cz555 and may be withdrawn or modified without prior notice.

Unless the specific promotional terms state otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply to all cz555 offers:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of thirty (30) times the bonus amount before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. For example, a bonus of PKR 1,000 requires PKR 30,000 in total qualifying wagers before withdrawal eligibility is met.
• Game Weighting: Not all games contribute equally to the wagering requirement. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino games (including dragon & tiger and bingo fishing) contribute 20%. Sportsbook wagers at odds of 1.5 or greater contribute 100%; wagers at shorter odds contribute 0%.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them expire 30 days from the date of issue if the wagering requirement has not been met within that period.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may hold only one active bonus at any given time. Opting in to a new promotion before the existing bonus requirement is cleared will result in forfeiture of the prior bonus.
• Eligibility: cz555 reserves the right to exclude any Player from any promotion at its discretion. Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash equivalent outside of the cz555 Platform.

All games and betting markets available on the cz555 Platform — including slots, live casino tables, bingo fishing, dragon & tiger, and cricket sportsbook markets — are governed by their respective in-game rules in addition to these overarching Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between in-game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

All cz555 casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software that has been independently tested and audited. The Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each slot title are disclosed within the game's information panel. cz555 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

For cricket and sportsbook wagers, the following general rules apply:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement confirmation. Odds fluctuations after bet confirmation do not affect settled bet outcomes.

• Live (in-play) cricket bets placed on the cz555 sportsbook are subject to a latency delay to prevent exploitation of broadcast lag. cz555 reserves the right to void live bets placed on events where outcome information has already been established in public broadcast feeds.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per market. These limits are displayed in the bet slip interface at the time of wager placement.

cz555 reserves the right to void any bet or wager it reasonably believes to have been placed in error, placed in violation of these Terms, or placed in circumstances that constitute match-fixing, collusion, or exploitation of a technical error in the Platform's pricing system.

Players must use the cz555 Platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balance, and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering or using a cz555 Account on behalf of any third party or as a nominee for another individual.
• Providing false, misleading, or fabricated personal information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with cz555.
• Using any software, script, bot, automated tool, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in a manner that circumvents or exploits game mechanics, betting odds, or promotional structures.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, betting syndicate activity, or coordinated exploitation of the cz555 sportsbook.
• Attempting to launder funds through the cz555 Platform by depositing and withdrawing without genuine gaming activity.
• Exploiting any technical error, miscalculated odds, system bug, or platform vulnerability for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and will be recovered.
• Engaging in any behaviour that harasses, threatens, or abuses cz555 employees or support staff.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your cz555 Account credentials to any other person.
• Opening duplicate or multiple Accounts for the purpose of claiming bonus offers multiple times ("bonus abuse").

All content published on the cz555 Platform — including but not limited to the cz555 brand name, logo, platform design, game graphics, user interface elements, promotional materials, written content, and software code — is the exclusive intellectual property of cz555 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the cz555 Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit:

• Reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of any cz555 content without prior written authorisation.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or extracting source code from any cz555 software or game engine.
• Use of the cz555 brand, logo, or trademarks in any context without express written permission from cz555.
• Framing, mirroring, or scraping any portion of the cz555 Platform on any third-party website or application.

Any intellectual property infringement will be pursued to the fullest extent available under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cz555 excludes all liability for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the cz555 Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of gaming winnings, or loss of data.
• Platform downtime, technical errors, server outages, or interruptions to game or betting services, whether scheduled or unscheduled.
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials.
• Any loss arising from a Player's reliance on any information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or game RTP figures.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank.

Where cz555's liability cannot be excluded by law, cz555's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their cz555 Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

cz555 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the accuracy of odds or game outcomes, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose beyond lawful personal gaming entertainment.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all cz555 Players at no cost and with immediate effect:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Once set, a limit cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 7 days.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum session duration, after which the Platform will automatically log out the Player.
• Loss Limits: Players may set a cap on the total amount they are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Reality Checks: Players may enable periodic on-screen reminders showing the duration of the current gaming session and net win/loss position.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who believe their gaming behaviour has become problematic may request self-exclusion from the cz555 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During the exclusion period, the Player's Account will be locked and all marketing communications will cease. Self-exclusion periods are a minimum of 6 months and may be set to permanent.

• Account registration, identity verification, and KYC compliance.
• Processing deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and bank transfer.
• Providing customer support, resolving disputes, and responding to regulatory inquiries.
• Fraud detection, anti-money-laundering screening, and security monitoring.

cz555 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Player's Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the timeframe specified by cz555.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, collusion, or any other prohibited conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback, disputed transaction, or fraudulent payment instruction from a Player's payment provider.
• Instruction from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or payment processor.
• Detection of a minor using or attempting to use the cz555 Platform.

Upon Account termination for cause, cz555 reserves the right to withhold any remaining Balance pending investigation. Where a balance is determined to be legitimately the Player's own funds (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived from prohibited conduct), cz555 will return such funds via the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe following the conclusion of any investigation.

A Player who voluntarily closes their Account and subsequently wishes to re-register must contact cz555 support. Re-registration is permitted at cz555's discretion and is subject to full KYC re-verification.

cz555 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect a Player's rights or obligations — cz555 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via a prominent notice on the Platform and, where applicable, by direct communication to the Player's registered contact details.

Your continued use of the cz555 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date of the change. The most current version of these Terms is always available at cz555.bio/terms-conditions and is identified by the Effective Date shown at the top of this document.

The cz555 Platform is operated under an international gaming authority licence. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the licensing jurisdiction applicable to cz555's operating licence.

cz555 makes no representation that the Platform and its services are lawful in all jurisdictions. It is each Player's individual responsibility to ensure that their use of cz555 complies with the laws applicable in their country or territory of residence. Players who access cz555 from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited do so entirely at their own legal risk, and cz555 accepts no liability in such circumstances.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the cz555 complaints process shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the international arbitration body specified by cz555's gaming licence, whose decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

To raise a formal complaint or dispute, Players should follow this process:

• Step 2 – Acknowledgement: cz555 will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 24 hours of submission.

• Step 4 – Resolution: cz555 will communicate the outcome of the investigation in writing to the Player's registered email address. Where the complaint is upheld in the Player's favour, any applicable remedy will be applied to the Account within 3 business days of the decision.
• Step 5 – Escalation: If a Player remains unsatisfied following cz555's internal resolution, they may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body under cz555's gaming licence.
